Week 38...Ochagavía

September 29, 2015

OCHAGAVÍA
 Hola hola mis queridos,
So, I got sent to the most flyte (Ghetto) zone in the mission! OCHAGAVÍA in the sector Villa Sur! This is the only zone in all of Chile that does not allow Hermanas to serve within the stake. So it's pure sacerdocio (priesthood) here! It's definitely a little bit of a culture shock. I was in one of the wealthiest sectors in the mission with one of the biggest wards and now I'm in one of the most ghetto sectors in the mission where our ward attendance last week was a whopping 28 people during sacrament meeting. Needless to say... there's a lot of work to be done!
So my new companion is Elder Marquina from Trujillo Peru! I'm the compañero mayor but who really cares! The guy is a total stud and we're going to get along just great this change. He's actually from my group! He'll be going home the same time I go home, so it's really cool to be working with him! He was a Division 1 soccer player before he left on his mission and he really had to decide between serving a mission or going pro in his respective sport! Sounds familiar.... The good thing about athletes is that we tend to work super hard on the mission. So I am going love being with him! The biggest problem right now is that he has a major foot problem. He got an infection in his foot and when they cut it open on Friday he could hardly even walk on Sunday. We had to stay in the pension for 3 hours after church while he put his foot in hot water with salt. I about went bonkers in those three hours, but it's all-good. I'm fine now! He's one of 6 siblings in his family and his mom and dad aren't members. But he just now slapped me on the back and is jumping up and down as I write because his Mom wrote him and said, “that his mom and dad are going to get married so that his dad can get baptized once he goes back home”! WOOHOO!
So changes’ meeting went great as always. We all left super pumped for this change. The cool thing about Ochagavía is that as of about 3 months ago it is no longer the WORST STAKE IN THE WORLD! FELICIDADES A OCHAGAVIA! Ha-ha, there are SO MANY INACTIVES HERE IT'S UNREAL! It definitely humbled me being in sacrament meeting with only 23 other members, instead of 180 members like the ward I just left.
We share the ward with the Asistentes but they hardly ever work in their sector. Our bishop is a top-notch guy and so is his wife! He's from Spain so he's got a different accent for sure. All the members are SUPER NICE and I've never seen such faithful members in my life.
Ochagavia is a place where missionaries go to learn more than anything. It's really humbling. There's probably more Haitianos in our sector than Chilenos. I'm not even kidding. It's super hard because they don't speak Spanish! They speak Creol! We have a recent convert named Jean than helps us translate though because he speaks perfect Spanish! We had a super powerful lesson in Creol with a new investigator named Sergot! We also have a new investigadora named Rosalia who accepted a baptismal date for the 24 but she still has a lot of things that need to be answered before she gets baptized!
This sector has pretty much been dying for the last 6 months because the last missionary here just finished his mission. Turns out that they weren't doing much here!
Other than that, I'm all good and super pumped to be here! It's a bit different going to bed with gunshots going off, but other than that... I love it here! It's cool to have Flytes and drunks all wanting to talk to me again!
Love all you guys! Thanks for the support! THANKS FOR THE BIRTHDAY WISHES! ENJOY GENERAL CONFERENCE! I'm looking forward to seeing who the next three apostles are going to be! Enjoy Chili’s Molten Lava Cake after Priesthood Session for me!  (This is a Weaver Priesthood Session tradition!  The boys love it!)

My Next 20 Years!

September 22, 2015

My Next 20 Years!

I think I'll take a moment, celebrate my age, ending of an era and the turning of a page. Now it's time to focus in on where I'll go from here, Lord have mercy on my next 20 years. My next twenty years will be the best years of my life. Gonna raise a little family and hang out with my wife. Spend precious moments with the one's that I hold dear. Make up for any lost time, in my next 20 years. In my next 20 years, in my next 20 years!
So if nobody caught it that's a line from Tim McGraw's "My Next 30 Years." Give that song a play for me and think about me, there's a good way to remember me. I was singing it all day on Sunday with Elder Ramirez and it about drove him crazy. The translation in Spanish isn't as cool when I was trying to explain it to him.
So this week was absolutely insane. I'm not really sure where to begin. I guess first and foremost is the earthquake! Wednesday was pretty rad. I was on divisions with Elder Montero from Costa Rica and we were in a lesson with Darwin when the earthquake hit. Darwin is a little depressed because his girlfriend broke up with him and he was basically just like "¡llevame no más Dios, llevame!" When the earthquake started. I wasn't really freaked out, I was actually just laughing because Darwin was so hung up on this girl.  The fact of the matter is that although it was 8.3 or something like that on the Richter scale. It was really just long and it was super strong but not fast... the house was just moving slowly for a minute or so. So that was a fun night! I'm all-good though! Pray for the people & the missionaries in the north! That is where most of the damage took place. Chile is the most volatile country I've ever heard of. Since I've been here, the north flooded, volcano in the south, now an earthquake and a tsunami to top it all off! Fortunately as a missionary you basically just feel the comfort of the Lord 24/7 and I've yet to feel like I've been in danger.

This past Friday was Chile's independence day and we had such a good time at the ward activity! We brought 3 investigators and they loved it as well! Our ward has so much talent! We have a professional singer in our ward and he sang and everyone was going nuts! Not going to lie, the man can sing! The funny thing about Hermano Leiva is that he sings in English perfectly but doesn't understand a thing he's saying. I'll show you the videos of the party when I get home next year! Super cool activity! The Chileno thing to do is dance "cueca" which is actually pretty cool! They all dress up as cowboys basically and the girls wear these super beautiful dresses! I was going to buy Mia one, but I don't know what size to get! Anyways, needless to say... we ate way too much this weekend! The Chilenos literally celebrate the 18th of September ALL WEEKEND LONG. I never want to eat Asado or Empanadas ever again!
As far as how my birthday went... On Sunday night La Familia Tapia surprised me at their house when we had an appointment with them. They made SO MUCH FOOD and just sang "Feliz Cumpleaños" It was such a surprise!  I felt super loved though! I'll never forget the Tapia family or Hermano Juan who was also there with his wife! He's been helping us out A TON with all these investigadoras that live sola so that we can teach them! (We have to have another man if a woman is alone).
As far as my real birthday went, I just worked as normal. I was on divisions with Elder Montero again and we put a baptismal date down with María Jose. She´s going to be baptized with Claudia this Saturday! We also found a new family to teach yesterday as well!
In the night yesterday I opened your package and it was AWESOME! THANK YOU SO MUCH MOM AND DAD! You guys rock! President and Hermana Barreiros called me as well to wish me a happy birthday! President even sang in Portuguese and everything to me. I also found out yesterday that I HAVE CHANGES! Yep, after 4 and a half months here in Pajaritos 3... I'm leaving! Not going to lie, it was bittersweet! We have two baptisms this weekend! Fortunately President gave me permission to go to the service this weekend!
All and all it was the best week of my life here! Ate a ton of food, and now I get to say bye to everyone in the ward tonight! Everyone's super sad that I'm leaving, and honestly so am I! Hermana Tapia already said that she wants to talk to President Barreiros so that I stay longer! Elder Ramirez is pretty sad too! We really get along well! He wants to go to general conference after the mission with me! Haha!
That's about it! In the words of Kenny Chesney "Don't blink cause just like that you're 6 years old and you take a nap, wake up and you're (20 and you're on the mission and going into your 3rd sector)." Nah, the song doesn't go like that, but close enough.
 Love you all!
Love the mission!
Love the Lord!
Love life!
LOVE PAJARITOS!!!!

¡Feliz Fiestas Patrias!

September 15, 2015...

Friends and Family,
First and foremost I have to say that this past weeks emails definitely had me thinking about home. Sounds like BYU had quite the game against Nebraska! Wish I could have seen it! Even cooler that the backup QB finished his mission 3 months ago in Santiago! True athletes serve in Chile! It also sounds like Cross Country season is definitely in the air and now everyone has decided that they miss me. Not going to lie, this time of year was always exciting for me too! Way to go Preston at the Arapahoe Invite! Good luck to Paxton and the boys trying to beat my times! GO VISTA XC!! VISTA NATION FOR LIFE! BYU XC looks good, Dallin Farnsworth is already back at it! Looks like a lot of familiar names are back from their missions and already rocking and rolling, LOVE IT! GO BYU XC!
So in other news, a dog bit me last week and I forgot to mention it! Turns out when you talk to dogs in Spanish here they understand you and get mad. We were contacting and one dog was just sitting there growling and I kept saying "tú eres muy flojo mi perrito, super flojo, nunca he visto un perro tan flojo como tú. Oye perrito para que sepas, té eres gordito también, jajajaja, tonto perrito." Well once I was walking away, all the sudden I feel this sharp pain in the back of my leg and this freaking dog was biting me. It totally ruined my pants! I wanted to kill the dumb thing! Not a whole lot of blood, and I didn't need to get shots! All is well! I am now officially a Santiago missionary. Lesson Learned…Don't talk crap to big dogs people!
I did get your package Mom! I haven't gotten letters for a while though! I'll probably get the next package this next pouch! Don't worry; I'm waiting until my Birthday to open the package! WAY PUMPED!
September 11th here is a little crazy as well. We had to be in our pension at 6pm because the 11th is notorious for the Communist all coming out to burn things and kill cops. Especially in our area, well not our area, but our zone has the Villa Francia, which is notorious for crap going down. I'll have to take a picture of the Communist graffiti in one of the sectors. Nothing much happened though, but we all had to be careful on September 11th, people go nuts here. Looks like more than anything they just put black head bands on trees and put posters up of old communist people from the 80's everywhere, nothing big. Elder Ramirez and I took advantage of the early time in to get some extra sleep.  Much needed sleep actually.
We had a zone conference with 4 zones this past week with President and Hermana Barreiros. The focus was on keeping the Sabbath day holy!  I learned a lot and I've been using what I've learned to get people to come to church and treat the Sabbath the way it should be treated. Mainly I just tell everyone that taking the sacrament is the only ordinance we make for ourselves every Sunday at church. Everything else we do once and then we do it as proxy for the deceased. The Santa Cena is the only thing that we do for ourselves EVERY WEEK! So it's super important that we set apart Sunday to truly think about our Savior and find areas where we can improve.
Today we had a zone asado and it was super good! We played soccer and I was on Elder Moura's team, I love that guy. His Brazilian accent is SO THICK and he is always so pumped it's unreal; it's definitely a fun time playing futbol de salon with Latinos!
So this next week is my Birthday and I can't believe I'll be turning 20! Man I'm old! It's also changes this next week so pray for me.  Familia Tapia is already super sad that I might be leaving this next change. I've really grown to love my converts here in Pajaritos and I love the ward too. They all really show me a lot of love and are so willing to help me out! Familia Tapia is my dream family because I'll see them a year from now when they're getting sealed in the temple! They are SO STRONG! Hermana Tapia has a strong testimony and is very active.
All and all, everything is good here! I love all of you! Thanks for sharing all the sweet stories of Labor Day! Apex Park will definitely always be my hill! I own those mountains!
Que estén bien, les amo mucho,

Pusimos Fechas...

September 8,2015
Pusimos Fechas

Muy buenas tardes de Chile,
Hello everyone, this week was a definitely a good one. Yesterday Elder Ramirez and I put two baptismal dates down with two investigators and they ACCEPTED. Aida is going to be baptized the 11th of October and Claudia is going to be baptized the 26th of September. The only sad thing is that I might not be here for those baptisms, but either way I'm just stoked that they ACCEPTED AND RECEIVED AN ANSWER! It was a very spiritual day yesterday for sure in the lessons with Claudia and Aida.

Other than that the rest of the week was pretty tough. Lots and lots and lots of contacts, just like always. I'm pretty sure everyone in this sector is just about sick of me because I've contacted every single house it seems like. We still find people, but they have not progressed! The fact of the matter is that people are so distant from God. They think they believe in God, and so they say, "Yeah I believe in God." There is a difference between believing and thinking there's a God. Believing is acting and therefore you have faith. Thinking requires nothing whatsoever.

Today Elder Ramirez and I went to a supermarket called Jumbo to get some top notch Mexican ingredientes. He cooks AMAZING. Let me tell you people this Mexican can cook! We ate Chelaquelas and man was it good, we put an egg on top of it to finish it all off and man were we full. Way good stuff and I'm going to make chocolate chip cookies after Internet.

I've changed my mentality completely since I was a greenie. I literally eat, sleep, and breathe baptisms. It's the only way to get anything done. I read a talk by a former mission president here in Santiago called "La Visión Para Bautizar" and it's helped me a lot to actually get things done in this town.

Happy Birthday to Aunt Brittany on the 11th!

One thing super spiritual that happened this week was that we gave a blessing to a man named Carlos. He's about 29 years old and he suffered a terrible car accident about 8 years ago. His Dad asked us to give him a blessing because Carlos lost literally everything in his accident 8 years ago. He can't talk, eat, walk, and he has an oxygen tank hooked up to his throat to make him breath. I've never seen such a sad scene in my life. He's been like this for 8 years and he has nurses that take care of him 24 hours of the day 7 days a week. His Dad is named Carlos as well and he just can't let his son go. The only thing keeping him alive are these machines, but he literally is unable to interact. He's not in coma, because he's not asleep, but he's basically lost all ability to function. We gave him a blessing and I talked about Tyson and Tim with Carlos. Carlos totally broke down crying and so did I. I am beyond blessed. I can't even imagine the pain that this man is going through. He truly is a tough man though, and he reminds me a lot of Grandpa Weaver. I guess all the genuine men out there that can bear the burden of handicapped children all share some of the same basic personality traits. Super sad experience, but at the same time it was extremely uplifting and spiritual.

With that being said, I'd like to say that I will always remember my uncles Tyson and Timmy who passed away September 12th and 14th! THANKS GRANDMA AND GRANDPA FOR BEING THE AMAZING PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS THAT YOU ARE! I know that we will all see Tyson and Timmy again and I am so grateful that we all have the fullness of the gospel in our lives!

Have a great week everyone!

Sitting on the Curb Cause It's Hot Tonight

September 1, 2015

Sitting on the Curb Cause It's Hot Tonight

Family and Friends,
Well winter is pretty much over here in Santiago. It's hotter than Satan's armpit over here now! It's crazy how dramatically the weather changed here! It got hot and I don't know why, but "Hot Tonight" by Tokyo Police Club has been running through my head all week. I don't know if that's a bad or good thing, but it brought back memories of Kyle Waters and I going up to Vail to see Tokyo Police Club play at the GoPro Summer Games. Good times, now I'm here in Chile over a year later and my comp doesn't even understand me when I sing that song. He swears he's heard it though... Needless to say, it's hot here and contacting in the city heat is a trip.

Maria Jose did not get baptized this Sunday so that was a shame. She still wants to be baptized, but it's probably going to be later this month. The danger with that is that September 18th is coming up and everyone is going to be going nuts and going out of town that weekend here. We're afraid that we might lose a lot of our investigators this month due to the holidays here. People are already getting excited for Chile's independence day and honestly, so am I! It's just too bad that September 22nd will probably be my last day in this sector. Unless, presidente keeps me here another change. I can't imagine Elder Ramirez leaving though, but anything can happen!

This week we had a ton of "cosechones" which is when our whole district works in the sector of one companionship for the whole day. We contact like crazy and the idea is just to get a ton of new investiagators for the other missionaries. It went great for everyone and there's a lot of potential for this next month! My life as a missionary literally is just contacting, contacting, and contacting until SOMEONE let's us in.
I had divisions with Elder Clegg this week in his sector. Elder Clegg is zone leader now of Cinco de Abril and I'm so happy he is, we get along really well. His sector is Amengual and literally I've never seen so many Haitians in my life. We talked to so many Haitianos that day. A lot of them speak pretty good Spanish, but their language is Creol, so it's a bit difficult sometimes, but SO MUCH FUN! The Haitianos are SO FAITHFUL. They are not like so many people we talk to where they say that they believe in God, but don't do anything about it.  They go to Church and they have SO MUCH FAITH! They're way, way, way, way kind too and it makes it easier teach them a lesson. They're extremely intelligent too and they listen very intently. I literally have not seen poverty like the Haitianos have since Padre Hurtado, but it's even worse in Amengual. The sector is ghetto to say the least, and it's a little hard to sleep at night with gunshots going off all night long. It's an experience though! Love Amengual! A Haiti branch is already being formed there! The kids are ridiculously cute too! They run up and totally hold our hands and everything, and I got really distracted just playing with two kids jumping from one block of cement to another block of cement. I COUNT MY BLESSINGS EVERYDAY!  COUNT YOUR BLESSING PEOPLE! I have learned to really appreciate the family I have and all the blessing that we receive for being American!

That's pretty much it for the week. We have a new investigator named Darwin who is 24 years old and he's a really great guy, but his need is a bit hard for Elder Ramirez and I. His girlfriend broke up with him this past week and our response was basically just GET BACK UP ON THE HORSE AND TRY AGAIN! He really loves our lessons, but I've never heard so much crying about a girl in my life. I wanted to yank my freaking eyeballs out.

I Love this work, I Love this gospel, and I Love my Savior. There really is no greater work than this no matter how hard it is at times! I REPRESENT JESUS CHRIST IN EVERY MOMENT! It is and honor and a privilege to bear witness of Him everyday!
Love all of you and have a great week!

I Trained a Carney for a Day

August 25,2015
I Trained a Carney for a Day

Family and Friends,
This week I had the opportunity to train a greenie for a day. Turns out that my greenie was none other than Elder Bradley Carney! We got a call on Thursday night that we would be taking the greenies from the CCM out contacting again. When I got to the station, sure enough, Elder Carney was there and they paired us right up! Crazy to think that a year ago we were both at BYU together and we just happened to be put together for a day here in Santiago. It's also crazy to think that I have 8 months in the mission and Elder Carney is just getting started. Feels like I was where he's at just yesterday. Needless to say it was fun to catch up and talk!

Beyond being with Bradley for a day in ghetto Rivas Vacuna, we found some amazing investigators this week! María Jose is one of them! She came to church this Sunday and she’s getting baptized this next Sunday! We’re super pumped for her! She was an old investigator from about 3 years ago and we finally found her! She’s so ready!

We also found a woman from Austria this week! Her name is Elisabeth and she's 76 years old! She's Jewish, but not really, she believes that Christ did come and that all religions lead to God. She's a pretty amazing lady though. She's lived in Santiago for 8 years now and she speaks like a Chilena. She also lived in San Diego, California for 3 and half years and speaks English! She kept talking to me about the San DIego temple and how amazing it is and how much she loves our church because the temples are so amazing. She's already received the Elders before and she thinks that the Book of Mormon is true; the only problem is that she thinks everything is true. She is so funny! She's 76 but has all the energy in the world. She goes on hikes every Sunday afternoon because she still wants to exercise. We taught her a lesson in English, and Elder Ramirez got to practice! It was super cool! Elisabeth also speaks Dutch and German, and she could easily be one of the coolest grannies in Chile.

Dad asked me how transfers typically go, all I can really say is that with President Barreiros you never know. Everyone has been telling me since I got out of my training that I'll be training the next transfer. Typically you get bumped up to senior comp here at about 9 months or 10 and a half. Almost everyone has one sector for 6 months at some point in his or her mission here too. But I'm going to be here for 3 and maybe another if we baptize 4 more people this change. That could mean 3 changes with my estimado mexicano. We’ll see though!

Cinco de Abril is pretty much rocking it as a zone. We had 18 baptisms in July as a zone and that has not happened in 10 years. We already have 15 this month and it looks like this weekend we'll get 5 more and surpass that 17 mark for a month. The mission is close to our goal of 100 baptisms in a month! PRAY FOR SANTIAGO OESTE!!!

Yesterday we basically had a Family Home Evening 7th Day style with a contact we made about a month ago named Claudio.  He invited us to his home yesterday to talk about God with some other people from his church. We got there and we basically straight up just gave palos. We told them that the bible has passed through so many hands that it's hard to take all of it as perfect. The Book of Mormon however is perfect. Claudio said he was going to read the BOM, but we have to accept one of his books as well and read it. It looks like we'll also be going to his church one of these Saturdays as well so that he comes to our church on Sunday. After we talked awhile he started his little shindig and we sang a hymn and prayed and the whole bit. The only difference was that they shout "Sí Señor!" During the prayers and the hymn was us singing along with this lady talking about starting over again every time you sin and accepting Jesus. I personally thought it was weird, because I have a hard time with the irreverence when we are singing and talking about our Savior Jesus Christ, and The Atonement, but Elder Ramirez really got into it and was on the verge of breaking into the wave by the end of it.  The lesson actually had a lot of quotes from a talk given by President Kimball but none of them even knew it! We basically just laughed afterwards, because the lesson was doctrinally sound, they just don’t have the whole truth.  There could be a lot of potential to teach there... I just don't want to sing again.

All and all this week was extremely good! Elder Ramirez and I pass the time just laughing in the streets. We laughed all night when we were talking about the "Noche de Hogar... Septimo Día Estilo."

We are running every morning for 20 minutes. The weather is warmer now too which is nice. Oh, thanks for the National Championship updates on Triathlon. Walter Schafer is from Cherry Creek high school and I idolized him as a freshman! He ran for Notre Dame! It's good to see that he graduated from Notre Dame and didn't beat my National Championship time in triathlon from 2 years ago! Gives me hope!

Spiritual Note: Don't be members of the church that just have good habits. President Barreiros spoke this Sunday in a Stake fireside, he said, “We should always find ways to improve and get better. If we don't, all we are is Latter-Day Saints with really good habits of reading the scriptures, attending church, and praying.  That's not what we're about! This is the kingdom of God on the earth today! Get out and do something more!”

"I Am My Own Man, I'll Make My Own Luck"

August 18,2015
In the words of American Authors, "I Am My Own Man, I'll Make My Own Luck"

Dear Family and Friends,
Another week has just rocked on by here in Chile. MY P-DAYS ARE NOW ON TUESDAYS!!! We had changes meeting last week and President wants us all to be able to attend the temple, so he changed our P-days to Tuesdays! The temple is closed on Mondays for all of you that don't know our Temples don't operate on Mondays, because we dedicate that day to our families and have what is called Family Home Evening where we spend time as families teaching and learning the Gospel together as families.  Unless you live in Provo and want to go in the early morning…Anyways, not only that but we can now go to Las Ferias where food is so much cheaper!!! The only thing that's lame is that all the missionaries that go home still go home on Monday so they don't get to bear their last testimony to all the missionaries before they leave.

Anyways, this week was good. Can't say that anything-super crazy happened. Elder Ramirez is district leader because during this last change we saw a lot of success in one of the hardest sectors in the mission.

This week as I was planning our next day I decided that we would contact one street called Aves Del Paraíso from 7-8 with any house that had lights on. We got a lot of doors slammed in our faces, but finally with one house a lady gave us the time of day just to talk to her about what we preach and believe. Her name is Yolanda and I have say that Heavenly Father put us at her doorstep that very night. She wasn't going to let us in at first, but as we started talking she immediately started crying. She let us come in, but there was no man in the house. (Elder Missionaries have to teach with a man present in the home.) She said that her son wasn't going to arrive for another hour, but literally 20 seconds after she said that he comes walking back from work. We were thankful we were able to teach them.  It turns out that her husband is in jail for a crime he didn't commit.  Yolanda knows that he's innocent and it's a lot like a Joseph and Potipher's wife situation... Anyways we went in and taught with the spirit and she was totally crying. She asked me to give her a priesthood blessing of comfort, so I did and she felt a lot better. Her son also wanted one from Elder Ramirez and he felt better as well. We will pass by later this week to check up on them. But this is a prime example where you just teach people and not lessons.... It was a really spiritual experience and I know that God answers my prayers because literally the day before I asked to see a miracle with our contacting. I just wanted an experience with being in the right place at the right time, and I got it.

A lot of our investigators are ETERNAL INVESTIGATORS. We always have people at the chapel, but none of them want to commit.  In 1 Nefi (Nephi)10:17 we read about Nefi (Nephi) wanting to have the spiritual confirmation that what Lehi was saying about his vision was true. 17 says that if we search diligently for spiritual answers, the Holy Ghost will always respond. I’ve been stressing this a lot with our investigators that if they don't really look, they won't really find anything. Yesterday we had a great lesson with a family that I've been teaching since June. La Familia Lillo, their Dad is Catholic, and super nice. He loves The Book of Mormon, but he can't seem to understand that by saying "sí, El Libro de Mormón es la palabra de Dios." That this signifies our Church is TRUE! His daughter told us yesterday that she really wants to know now if this is true because she's casi segura that it is. WAY SWEET!

The reason that I used the American Authors song is because I am really trying to work with Elder Ramirez on just be diligent with the contacts. I know that I have never once failed in anything I do if I just keep at it and if I'm diligent and consistent in all things. I am my own man, and I make my own LUCK.  Work hard, and things happen! WORK! WORK! WORK!!! Faith without work is dead!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TOMORROW TO THE HOTTEST COUPLE ON EARTH! Yes, my Mom and Dad! Hope you're all loving school and all that crazy stuff! It really is Crazy to think that once you start ski season again, I'll be in summer. The weather here isn't too bad though. It rained like crazy a week ago, but now it's all sunshine!

Love you all so much! I Love my mission and I love the Lord!  My mission President Barreiros is quite possibly the funniest man on Earth! I really Love that Brasilano!

Les Quiero Mucho,

Elder Weaver
